【中文摘要】 目的:本课题通过调查两所三级甲等综合医院5种慢性疾病的住院费用情况,比较医保和非医保住院患者的住院费用及构成情况。重点研究医保患者的医疗费用及其个人自付费用情况,分析医保患者医疗费用和个人支付费用的影响因素,探究医保费用的发展趋势,寻找合理控制医疗费用的措施,为政府医保部门和医疗机构制定医保政策提供科学、合理、可行的建议。方法:采用回顾性调查研究方法,收集乌市两所三级甲等综合型医院2003年1月1日-2007年9月31日住院出院的5种慢性疾病(按照国际疾病分类方法,ICD-10)共计9382例患者的病案首页,其中医保4489例,非医保4893例。采用统计描述和t检验方法分析医保和非医保患者的人均住院费用及构成;采用因子分析方法分析医保和非医保患者住院各项费用的主要支配因子;采用spearman相关分析法分析医保住院患者个人支付费用与各项住院费用的关系;t检验、方差分析法分析...
