【中文摘要】 体育教育管理思想是人们在体育教育管理实践活动中形成的、对体育教育管理的本质属性与基本规律等方面的看法和主张。体育教育管理思想来源于体育教育管理的实践,并引导着体育教育管理的发展方向。本文试图通过探索新中国体育教育管理思想的历史进程,总结其发展与演变的特征,为体育教育管理实践的未来发展提供历史经验和理论源泉。 本文运用文献资料法,逻辑分析法等研究方法,充分借鉴前人的研究成果,以体育教育管理思想的历史发展为纵向线索,勾画出新中国体育教育管理演变的历史轨迹,在总结分析其特征的基础上得出研究结论。 研究认为,新中国体育教育管理思想的发展经历了初建期、探索发展时期、“文革”时期、历史转变时期和改革开放初期、社会主义市场经济探索时期、新的历史时期几个阶段。 经过分析,新中国体育教育管理思想呈现出阶段性、非独立性、渐...
