摘要
面对市场全球化，用户需求个性化，竞争日益激烈的新环境的严峻挑战，企业如何根据供应链管理的思想理论与方法，跨越企业内部资源管理系统，在科学评价与选择基础上，寻求和培育基于合作伙伴关系的供应商，以提升自身的核心能力，赢得竞争优势，一直是近年来管理领域非常关注的一项重要研究课题。面对这种形势，建筑企业也必须从生产型转为面向市场型的企业管理模式。建筑企业如何快速响应，快速集成项目团队、整合项目资源成为竞争成败的关键。在这一过程中，物资供应商的评价与选择是必不可少的一环。本文试图通过对建筑项目供应商选择与评价指标的研究，对改善建筑业企业物资供应和供应链管理，提升建筑业企业的竞争力做出一点贡献。
本研究首先对研究背景与意义、相关研究进展进行了论述，而后阐述了供应商评价与选择的基本原理，包括采购预测与决策理论、企业供应链管理理论，第三章针对建筑工程项目的特点以及原料供应商在建筑项目中的作用，深入分析了供应商评价与选择的目标与原则，结合评价与选择原则，第四章详细构建了建筑工程项目供应商评价与选择的指标体系和运作流程，最后以宁夏某建筑工程项目为例，分析了供应商评价与选择模型的实际应用与效果。

Abstract
Confronted with the increasingly severe challenges of the new environment characterized of the economic globalization of the world market and the individualization of the customers' demand, how enterprises，on the basis of scientific selection and evaluation，find and help grow their strategic suppliers based on strategic cooperation，so as to improve their core competition and gain advantages in the competition. This has been an important subject confronting management science in the recent years. Facing the situation, the management model of the construction industry must shift from production style to market-oriented style. It's critical to quickly respond the demand, integrate project teams and resources. In the process, the evaluation and selection of suppliers is inevitable component. This paper tends to construct the system of evaluation and selection of suppliers, contributing to improve the process of supply-chain and enhance the competitiveness in the construction industry.
The thesis talks about the background and significance of the study at first. And the second chapter expounds the basic theory of evaluation and selection of suppliers. The third chapter is the deep analysis of the object and principles of evaluation and selection of suppliers in the construction projects, taking into account of the characters of construction projects and the role of suppliers. The forth chapter constructs the index system and procedure of evaluation and selection of suppliers in the construction projects briefly. In the last chapter, the author analyze the implication and effect of the model of evaluation and selection of suppliers, taking a construction project as an example.
