摘 要
古今中外，兵家历来都非常重视军事仓储建设，把物资的储备供应看作是决定战争胜负、军队存亡的保障。随着时代与科技的进步发展，战争形态发生了巨大变化，军事仓储的内涵也随之发生了历史性的转变。但是目前，我军仓储管理存在以下几个问题：管理制度与渠道不完善、设施设备相对落后、信息管理相对落后、人才结构不尽合理，这些都是我军仓储管理改革所需要解决的问题。
本文正是从这些缺陷出发，对现代物流理念的我军仓储管理改革进行构想，阐明其指导思想、基本原则和改革重点；并提出进行改革的目标和任务结合现代物流理念，企图对我军仓储物流建设体系进行改造。

Abstract
All times and in all countries, the military commander always all extremely takes the military to store in a storehouse the construction, regards as the commodity reserve supply is decides thewar victory and defeat, the army life or death safeguard. Along withthe time and the technical progress development, the war morphogenesishuge change, the connotation which the military stored in a storehousehas also had the historical transformation along with it. But atpresent, our army stores in a storehouse the management to havefollowing several problems: The control system and the channel areimperfect, facility equipment relative backwardness, informationmanagement relative backwardness, the structure of talent isunreasonable, these all are our army stores in a storehouse thequestion which the management reform needs to solve.
This article is precisely embarks from these flaws, flows the idea tothe modern age our army to store in a storehouse the management reformto carry on the conception, expounds its guiding ideology, the basicprinciple and the reform key; And proposed carries on reform goal andthe duty union modern age flows the idea, attempts to store in astorehouse the thing to our army to flow the construction system tocarry on the transformation.
