中国旅游业入世后的法律环境准备
摘 要
我国加入世界贸易组织已经有4年了，我国旅游业得到了长足的发展。但是，我们必须承认，我国旅游业的法律环境仍然存在不少问题，与WYO对旅游业的法律环境要求仍然存在不小距离，这也进一步制约了我国旅游业的进一步发展。为此，本文说明了我国旅游业在入世后的国际化发展趋势，界定了旅游业的法律环境含义；介绍了我国旅游业的法律环境现状，认为虽然取得了不少成绩，但仍然存在不少问题；指出了WTO对旅游业的法律环境的要求，分析了我国旅游业法律环境存在的问题及与WTO的要求存在的差距。在此基础上，文章提提出了适应入世要求、进一步完善我国旅游业法律环境的具体措施。

Abstract
It has been 4 years since our country joined in WTO in2001. tour industry in our country develops very quickly in these years. But, we have to admit that the law environment of our tour industry is not perfect. There is a certain margin between the law environment of our tour industry and the requests of WTO to the law environment of the tour industry. For this, this text explained the internationalization of develop trend of tour industry in our country after our country went into WTO and defined meaning of law environment of the tour industry and introduced present law condition of he tour industry in our country, thinking that although our country obtained some result, there were a lot of problems. Immediately, this text pointed out the request of WTO to the law environment of the tour industry and analyzed problem in law environment of tour industry in our country. On this foundation, the article lifts the concrete measures to perfect law environment of tour industry in our country.
