基于工作流的办公自动化系统研究与实现

摘 要
随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展，整个社会信息量迅速膨胀，企事业传统的办公方式已不能解决信息管理过程中的沟通、协调和控制等方面的问题。因此必须建立现代办公自动化系统

来完成信息的收集、整理、传递和分析，实现信息大范围、有控制、高效率面低成本的共享和利用，及时、主动地获取决策所需的信息以辅助决策，实现管理现代化和决策科学化。办公自动化

就是将计算机技术、通信技术、系统科学、行为科学应用于传统的数据处理技术难以处理的、结构不明确的业务上的一种技术。
目前办公自动化系统建设的一个突出特点是不仅仅重视信息的充分共享，同时更强调各方面之间的相互协作，面这种协作是要靠工作流来实现的。即使一个单位机构重组，某些职工的

岗位、职责发生了很大的变化，系统管理员只需将这些人的角色、任务以及办公业务流程重新调整一下，系统就可在新机构下继续正常运转，无需修改其原程序，这就使OA系统具有了较长的生

命周期。
工作流管理是近几年来在计算机应用领域中发展最迅速的几项新技术之一，其主要特征是实现人与计算机交互事件结合过程中的自动化。工作流的主要内容是工作任务的整体处理过程

、工作组成员之间依据一组已定义的规则及制定的共同目标所交换的文本文件、媒体信息或任务。

Abstract

With computer networks, the rapid development of technology, the rapid expansion of information society as a whole, the office of traditional enterprises have not solve

the information management approach in the process of communication, coordination and control, and other issues. Therefore we must establish a modern office automation

system to complete the information collection, collation, dissemination and analysis of information to achieve large-scale, controlled, high-efficiency low-cost sharing
