摘 要
本文以所学的项目管理知识为手段，对多年从事新药研究的项目管理工作进行总结和对比。通过文献查阅、比较研究等方法对项目管理在新药研究中的应用进行了系统研究，并将其运用于正在进行的新药研究中。最终目的是为提高研究机构和医药企业对新药研究项目的管理水平，为增强其新药研究能力提供一个新思路。本文共分为六个部分：
文章的第一章为绪论。文章介绍了研究背景、研究目的和意义，说明了所要探讨的主要问题和研究范围和限制。
文章的第二章为文献评论。文章介绍了现代项目管理基本理论，主要是界定了项目及项目管理概念，分析了其特征，介绍了项目管理的内容、组织形式。
文章的第三章为本文的研究方法与设计。文章说明了本文研究思路和研究方法。
文章的第四章为我国新药研究项目管理管理现状及其存在的问题分析。文章分析了当前我国医药研究机构及新药研发状况，指出了我国新药研究项目管理现状及其存在的问题。
文章的第五章为完善我国新药研究项目管理的对策。文章指出了我国新药研究实行项目管理的必要性，提出了完善我国新药研究项目管理的具体对策。
文章的第六章为项目管理在具体新药研究中的运用。文章简介了新药的情况，然后探讨了项目管理在新药研究项目中的具体运用。
最后文章得出研究结论并提出进一步研究的展望。
文中的重点是项目管理知识体系在新药研究中的应用。

Investigation and discussion on utilization of modern project administration in the new medicine research
Abstract
Taking the project management knowledge as a method, the text summarized and contrasted the project management of the new medicine research which I have engaged in for many years. With the application of project management in the new medicine research, Author had made a system study through the methods of literature consult, comparison research etc, and utilizes it in the new medicine research which carries on. The final goal is for the development facility and the medicine enterprise to enhance their new medicine project management level and provide a new way for their research. This article altogether divides into six parts:
The first chapter of article is an introduction. The article introduced the research background, the research goal and the significance and showed discussed main question and research scope and limit.
The second chapter of article is literature commentary. The article introduced the modern project management elementary theory and gave the definition of the project and the project management and had analyzed its characteristic and introduced the project management content and the organization form.
The third chapter of Article is article research technique and design. The article explained studies mentality of the article and the research technique.
The fourth chapter of article is present situation and existence problem analysis in new medicine research project management in our country .The article has analyzed the current condition of medicine development facility and the new medicine research in our country and has pointed out present situation and its the existence question of new medicine research project management in our country.
The fifth chapter of article is the countermeasure of consummating new medicine research project management in our country. The article had pointed out necessity of implementation of new medicine research project management in our country and proposed the concrete countermeasure to consummate new medicine research project management in our country.
Finally, the article draws the research conclusion and proposed further studies forecast.
