军事单位团队凝聚力形成研究

摘 要
精神因素对群体的心理和行为所产生的调动、控制、发挥的作用历来受到各国军队的广泛重视，在物质因素相同的前提下，凝聚力强的部队作战英勇，物质因素则能得到充分发挥，并可以形成强大的军队战斗力。因此，凝聚力成为现今许多国家和地区军队建设中的重大问题。在社会主义建设的今天，我国的军队的凝聚力研究也日益提上了日程。军队团体凝聚力可以促进军人的责任性行为，可以促进军人价值观的一致性，增加军人的安全感和自信程度，军队团体凝聚力应该是军队建设的一个重要维度。但是在当今的社会里，随着我国经济的多样化和过度化，人们的思想也日益多样化，虽然我国的军事单位一直是封闭式管理，可是广大官兵也难免会受到市场经济浪潮的冲击，产生一些影响凝聚力的不良因素。笔者通过调查分析发现，现在军人的价值观念呈现多元化，集体观念淡薄，士兵之间的关系复杂化。在新的历史时期，对于军队建设而言，不论是外部环境还是内部环境，都发生了巨大的变化，从外部环境来看，随着我国改革开放的不断深入，国内社会主义市场经济迅速发展，对外开放不断打大，社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式和分配方式多样化，各种思想文化相互激荡。这种新的社会环境，在给军队建设注入生机和活力的同时，各种腐朽思想文化影响和侵蚀官兵思想的现象也增加了，对军队的优良传统、官兵的价值观念和理想追求造成冲击，从而影响了军队凝聚力的形成。就军队内部而言，官兵成分的呈现多样化趋势，基层管理也面临着一些问题，这些问题都瓦解军队的凝聚力。笔者提出了相关的建议：从军队自身的建设来看，塑造军队文化、提高军人素质、正确处理军人的需求问题；从军队的管理来看，拓宽民主渠道、加强对基层干部培养、树立正确的爱兵观。希望本文的研究能为我国军队的建设提供一些建议和和经验。

Abstract
The mental element of the psychological and behavior of the groups mobilized to control， the role played by the armed forces of various countries has been widespread attention in the same material factors on the premise that the heroic units cohesive material factors will be brought into full play， and can form a strong combat effectiveness. Therefore， many countries and regions have emerged as the cohesion of the major issues in army building. Today， in the course of socialist construction， China's growing military cohesion study also put on the agenda. Army soldiers responsible sexual behavior can promote group cohesion， consistency can promote the values of the military. Increase the sense of security and confidence of the military， military group cohesion of the army building is an important dimension. But in today's society， as China's economic diversification and over， people's minds have become more diverse. Although the military unit has been closed management， but the majority of officers and soldiers will inevitably be in the market economy， and have some negative impact on cohesion. This paper surveys found that the values of diversity of military personnel， collective awareness. The relationship between soldiers complicated. In the new historical period， as far as the armed forceses is concerned， whether internal or external environment is the environment. Tremendous changes have taken place in terms of the external environment，with the deepening of China's reform and opening up. the rapid development of the socialist market economy and opening-up fight， socio-economic composition，forms of organization， employment and distribution modes， various ideologies and cultures clash. This new social environment， injecting vigor and vitality to the military， the corrosive influence of decadent ideology and culture has also increased the soldiers of the army's fine tradition officers and men of the values and ideals impact， thus affecting the cohesion of the army. On the armed forces， the diversity in the composition of officers and soldiers， grassroots management is also faced with some problems. These problems have neutralized the cohesion of the army. I propose the relevant recommendations from the army's own: building， shaping the military's culture， and raise quality， correctly handle the military's needs； from the management of the military， expand the channel for democracy， strengthening of grass-roots cadres. Establish a correct outlook on the soldiers. Hope this study will provide some suggestions and our army building and experience.
